Return Policy – Athena Ortiz Modern Homes

At Athena Ortiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, we are here to help.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges by contacting us within 15 days of receipt and shipping back the item within 30 days. To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Includes all parts, accessories, and manuals.

In the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:

Clearance or final sale items.

Customized or personalized products.

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

2. How to initiate a return

Get Authorization – We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Shipping – Please package the item securely and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

Need to exchange for a different item? You can request an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the return process and place a new order.

6. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have been processed and shipped.
