I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are eager for you to receive your new products as soon as possible, just as you can't wait to start using them! Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be shipped. We strive to get your products to you within 3-5 business days, however, production speed and shipping time will vary. You will receive a tracking number within 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you still don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email Support@AthenaOrtiz.shop so that we can promptly process it.
What is our policy if I am not satisfied with the product?
If your product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Once you contact us, you have 30 days to ship the product back to us and receive a full refund. You will need to purchase your own label to ship the package back to us. Once we receive your product, we will refund your purchase in full. Please include your name and order number on the return package to ensure that your refund is processed correctly and promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel any order at no charge as long as you cancel before the item ships. If the item has already shipped, follow the steps above to get a full refund.
Help! I entered the wrong address but my order has already been placed.
No problem! If you entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct shipping address. If the original address entered was incorrect, please notify us at Support@AthenaOrtiz.shop so we can update it in time to avoid order delays. If we are not notified 24 hours after submitting the incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
